The Utica Zoo Mobile
Today we had a visit from the Zoo Mobile! A special thanks to Kathleen McGill for making the interactive animal presentation so much fun for our tenants!

Fire Safety & Prevention Workshop
Today we held our Annual Fire Safety & Prevention Workshop. A huge thank you to our Maintenance Department (Kevin O'Toole) and Executive Assistant (Theresa Stoio Bova) putting together a fantastic and informative presentation for our tenants!
Viola and Brenda were our door prize winners at this year's workshop! The door prize was an Etekcity Collapsible LED Lantern!
Fall 2016 Pub Tasting
Releasing our 2016 Fall Pub Menu officially marks the one-year anniversary of our Pub being open! To celebrate we did a tasting today of our Fall Pub Menu.
At the tasting we had samples of our Cream of Potato and Leek Soup, Louisiana Style Crab Cakes, NY Strip Steak, Apple Brie Cheese Bruschetta, Grilled Mediterranean Turkey Deluxe, and our Barefoot Wines (available with dinner at the Pub)!
