All stains are treated differently! If you know what the stain came from, please refer to this chart first to understand the best practice on how to clean it.

Flotex Cleaning Urine

If you know a stain is caused by urine, please inform your supervisor first prior to taking any action. The only kitchen staff permitted to clean urine stains are the Executive Chef and Sous Chef whom have been trained to do so.
