A huge thank you to all of those who took time out of their busy day to be with us this past Wednesday to celebrate our "Open House Press Conference & Ribbon Cutting" with the Greater Utica Chamber!
Most recently, we invested nearly $1 million in upgrades featuring a fine-dining room, a Pub with casual American fare, a community room with a luxurious granite-top wet bar, a roof-top patio and much more.
During this event, we showcased not only our renovations, but also our re-branding campaign which includes new commercials, professional photos of our community, redesigned marketing materials, as well as a brand new website at www.sunsetwood.org!
