SUNSET WOOD
Sunset Wood offers 42 apartments on three
floors. Although there are seven different layouts, they all feature a galley kitchen, large living room, one or two bedrooms
with double closets, and bath. Rent includes a full four-course evening meal and weekly housekeeping.
An enrichment
coordinator is available for activities and social functions, and a services coordinator is on staff to help find outside
nursing and companion care. Maintenance services are available 24 hours a day.
Beautifully decorated public areas include
a dining room for evening meals and monthly luncheons, a formal library and a penthouse solarium with a roof garden.
A
laundromat and hair salon are on premises for easy access.

SUNSET COURT
Sunset Court is a recent addition to the
community. The 24 large apartments and services were designed with more active seniors in mind--those who enjoy going places,
who prefer to do things for themselves. Meals, for example, are not part of the rental agreement but may be added on with
a choice of meal plans. The eat-in kitchens have full-size appliances, miles of cupboard space, and each apartment has its
own washer and dryer.
The common areas include a dining room/cafe with a fireplace, a sunroom and a community room
for gatherings and activities. With technology being so much a part of today's society, we offer computer access and tutoring
along with the same social activities and resources as Sunset Wood.
